Covington is pleased to announce that Adrian Chiodo has joined Covington’s London office as a partner in the firm's global private equity practice. Adrian will lead the firm's leveraged finance practice in Europe.
Adrian focuses on cross-border leveraged finance across the full spectrum of capital needs, including private credit, U.S. and European term loan B, general banking, and corporate financings. He also advises on public-to-private transactions, restructurings and post-IPO financings. Adrian’s clients include private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies, as well as a broad range of lenders, including key participants in the private credit market, along with commercial and investment banks.
