Insights on the U.S. Supreme Court's Business Docket and Administrative Law Cases

Covington's Women's Forum invites you to join a discussion on trends in the U.S. Supreme Court, including the business docket and government-facing litigation. Our three panelists — Beth Brinkmann, Dana Remus, and Lauren Willard — all formerly served as Supreme Court law clerks.  Each of them also has significant experience in senior positions in the Executive Branch, including Dana as former White House Counsel to President Biden; Lauren as Counselor to the Attorney General and Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General of the Antitrust Division at the Department of Justice; and Beth as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Division at the Department of Justice, and Assistant Solicitor General. They will discuss some of the behind-the-scenes procedures at the Supreme Court that help shape the Court's docket, as well as some of the key cases that are expected to be decided by the end of June.
