The discussion will be moderated by Peter Koski, Covington.
 
Join us for an exchange on topics including the 2023 update of the OECD Guidelines, trends in Specific Instance cases, and recent and planned changes to the U.S. National Contact Point process. This practice-oriented conversation will also discuss the admissibility of Specific Instance matters, confidentiality, forum shopping, parallel proceedings, the increasing use of the NCP process. It will wrap up with an opportunity for a dynamic Q&A session from attendees.
