A Conversation with Acting CSPC Chairman Peter Feldman
Please join Covington for a luncheon program featuring a conversation with Peter A. Feldman, Acting Chairman of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
As the CPSC’s sole current commissioner, Acting Chairman Feldman sets the agency’s agenda and oversees its operations. This program offers a timely opportunity to hear directly from him on current CPSC priorities, enforcement activity, and the Commission’s regulatory direction, as well as what companies should be watching in the months ahead.
The discussion will be moderated by Austin Schlick, Senior of Counsel at Covington and former CPSC General Counsel and Executive Director, bringing regulatory and institutional perspective to the conversation. Sarah Wilson, Partner and Chair of Covington’s Product Safety, Investigations, and Recalls Practice Group, will provide welcoming remarks.
We hope you will be able to join us.
